I have not slept at all tonight. I worked on a difficult letter and had a more difficult therapy session today and I guess it was too much for me. I took a PRN but it didn't help.
So now all i want to do is sleep, 24/7 and I'm wide awake all night. (This may also be because I did some Christmas shopping and I'm sure got overstimulated doing that). Sometimes it seems like it will never be easy.

Have you thought of a therapy lamp? Before I got mine my sleep was all over the place. Sometimes for 14hrs straight sometimes not at all. Since I have had the lamp my sleep pattern has become routine.

Yeah, I have one. It sort of helps. In fact I love it most of the time. Right now not so much because it doesn't help much.
My sleep is unfortnately bad when I'm manic/hypo or when depressed. So getting sleep is an ongoing battle. This was a really bad night though because I was really upset. I am very groggy now b/c I finally took 2 extra mg of klonopin to sleep and got to sleep about 6:30 AM. I'm awake to try to schedule an extra appt. with my therapist but they didn't answer. I think they are all in a meeting. Oh well. When I see my therapist and show him what I wrote it will help a lot.

I didnt sleep either. Didn't take my seroquel because it got too late. I'm on effexor now and I had some strange moments throughout the night
