I don't even know. My body is not comfortable. I'm not comfortable. I'm hot I'm cold I'm Pissed off... I have no idea what's wrong. My husband is already sleeping on the couch and I'm going to explode!!!

I know the feeling. Take a few deep breaths and let them out slowly and see if that helps. If not write, in a journal or write a letter. Get it out on paper.

Those two things usually help me when I'm in that state.

Yeah journaling is a really good idea, like gaylegg said it helps to get things out on paper. Also consider taking a brisk walk in the cool air outside, it will get some pent up energy out

Ty. I did some more reading on the forums and mellowed out. No sleep last night tho. Hopefully this is just a fluke..

Hopefully it's just a bad mood and not hypomanic. When I'm hypo I get extremely irritated and mean. If it lasts more than a day or comes and goes, you should call pdoc and discuss your stabilizer if you are on one. Good luck and I hope you feel better!
