I believe he means, the magic isn't working.

Tigger. A feeling isn't a gift from outside of us brought in. It is inside of us going out. That was a perpetual window, not a quickly closing door. You remember happiness now. Nothing else will be good enough. It is time to seek change. Find joy again. It is within you. You know what won't work. What will? (rhetorical)

Have your mourning period. It is healthy. But notice that you said 'nothing else would' instead of 'nothing else could'. That is telling.

I wish I could help more.

Sorry, I know it was helping you so much. I've learned though that there is a very fine line between enjoyment and obsession. For most people that isn't an issue, but unfortunately those that have BP have to be careful. It usually means it's attached to a manic episode and we can't see around it. I know you are down right now, especially after reading yesterdays post. This new cycle won't be permanent either. Sometimes knowing what something is, helps.

saw her picture today ... cried a little ...

for those that care I am starting back with a T as soon as insurance can arrange it ...

pdoc finally returned my message 6 days later ...

I quote " you will NEVER have an anti depressent " ...

so my request to my T will be .... "keep me alive" ... that's all I want from him/her ...

thanks for caring guys ...

I know my pm is turned off ... not real sure I need to be talking to anyone that way at the moment .... maybe after I see T ...

I still cry myself asleep to one of her songs ... on really bad days ...
