I was sick over the winter and was barely tending to hygiene, grooming, dress.
Has gotten a lot better the last month. I started a new job and that gives really good structure. I shower every morning now and wear clean clothes!

Makes me sad now to think that for a couple months I was showering at most 2x a week and usually wearing the same clothes 3-4 days in a row, and I didn't even seem to notice or care. I was really depressed though.

But the moral of the story is YES! showering daily is a really good thing to make yourself do and can lead to other positive behaviors that help reduce or manage symptoms.

I have to make myself shower...ugh!!!!!
Had a cancellation this morning so have plenty of time to get in there and just do it. Once I am in there it is nice but the getting in is so hard.
Why is it so hard for me to take a shower?????

I don't like taking showers because I'm usually cold, even with hot water. It takes me a few days before I get into one. Since I'm indoors most of the time during the summer I don't get too sweaty, but parts of me just don't do well after a couple of days. I wish I could get myself to do it more but I just don't like freezing my butt off when I'm wet.
