This has been done before, but I thought I'd present a simplified version:

1. Walk
2. Practice yoga
3. Meditate
4. Eat well
5. Sleep well
6. Take your meds
7. Smile

Feel free to edit.

I like this list. Need to have my foot looked out cause the walking part is too much these days, and I need to learn more yoga and meditation. Thanks for the reminder.

1. Figure out what causes your anxiety, how to better express and explain, and what your anxiety causes, which is the root cause and what can be done about that before focusing on anything else
2. Figure out why you do what you do, to do it in moderation, more deliberately and increasingly better (prepared)
3. Try to focus on your emotions, not your thoughts, to dissociate, desensitise and control them
4. Try to stay humble when manic and mimic your humble manic behaviour when depressed
5. Don't interact with people when severely depressed
6. Look for the right balance of stimulation, challenges, risks and maximise freedom/independence while learning to live with, accepting, dependence
7. Prioritise activities based on the chance of increased independence, in three separate groups, one for depression, one for mania and one for stability

Simplified, considering it's me.

I have a shorter list for when I am 'off'
1. eat
2. sleep
3. exercise
I find that when I am off I am almost certainly not giving adequete attention to one of those.

I like your list too.

I completely agree those are very essential. 1 and 2 especially when (more or less) manic, I'd say. 3 is especially important when depressed. When manic, exercise is great to lose excess energy maybe in a less harmful way than you'd might otherwise do, but it may have paradoxical effects.

Maybe two lists that are still shorter are,

for mania,
1. Don't!

and for depression,
2. Do not try, do (or do not)! ("Don't try... there is no try: do or do not. hmm...hmm... May the force be with you.")
