I use this too. It makes co-pays for meds and doctor visits so much easier to deal with.

I pay a little more than $200 a month for mine after the insurance pays their part.

I use FSA too. I put $2400 in every year and hope it doesn't run out before the end of the year (it usually does around October). It definitely makes paying for medical expenses easier.

Zero.
- insurance covers everything after a deductible of less than €500
- my parents pay my insurance as well as my deductible

Eta: my parents also pay for a variety of supplements.

$0. I feel unworthy... and very fortunate to have excellent insurance.

$10/week for the clozapine, and $50/month for everything else, so about $90 each month.

I have to get free samples each time I visit my Pdoc. I can't afford $200 a month for my Latuda. I'm jealous of all of you and your better insurance.

That's good you have free samples

If you ever have to pay for Latuda, you should look into getting the Latuda card: Copay Savings Card for Latuda® (lurasidone HCl)

My latuda cost me $3.50 cents. I wonder why I get so lucky while others are getting screwed. . I'm sorry for those who pay so much for your meds. Makes me more grateful.

There are patient assistance programs for most name brand meds. These are income based and say they won't help you if you have Med D. But I've found that they generally will make financial and insurance exemptions nearly always (every time I've asked in the past 4 years). Once you are approved you get 3 months worth at a time for a year, completely free. Applying is easy as well.

RxOutreach.com is also a good way to get a lot of meds MUCH cheaper than cash or rx discount cards.

Goodrx.com lets you compare pharmacy prices and discount card prices.

Years ago when I didn't have insurance, the county I live in set me up with free meds. This was 17 years ago and I was hospitalized and they set me up with it in the hospital. It was VERY helpful at the time and I encourage anyone who is struggling to pay for meds to look into any programs you might qualify for.

Mine are about $10 a month...My medicaid only covers 3 meds, so when I have to get klonopin then they sort it out so I pay for the cheapest one. I go to Sam's Club and have the Plus membership (which I highly recommend to anyone who has to pay for their prescriptions) so even when I pay, it is very little. They do $4 generics

I luckily am on Medicare. So it's about a total of $12 for my meds each month.
Seroquel (anti-pyschotic), depakote, xanax, primadone, L-thyroxine

15 bucks for 3 month supply of Latuda. 5 bucks each for 3 month supply of Wellbutrin and cymbalta. I do the mail order if possible. If not Latuda be 10 bucks a month and 3 bucks each a month for Wellbutrin and cymbalta.

I'm retired military, so I go to the base pharmacy and get them for free. At least that's one benefit the government hasn't tried to screw up.

I go to a free clinic, idk who pays but my doc visits and meds are 100% because of my MI and no current income. They even help with applying for benefits.

My psych meds are fairly inexpensive (~$30/month) but my two inhalers together cost over $100/month. That is with medicare part d.

I was paying $85 a month after insurance, plus another $110 a month for psych or therapy visits. Couldn't afford it.
