I am in the process of filling in my WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) my Peer Support Worker and I are working through it together. My homework this week is to look at the actual plan and write my own version. I'm struggling with the "how I feel when I'm well" section.... so my question to you guys is

How do you feel when you are well???

I have more energy for starters. Also, I tend to smile more when I'm having good vs a not so good day.
Thanks for this!

When I'm well, I'm well rested, work on and finish projects, motivated to exercise (and do it), thinking is clear, my feelings are accessible to me and my responses to unexpected situations are dealt with according to my values of being respectful to myself and others, and being an advocate for myself and others.
Thanks for this!

When I am 'well' I eat and sleep properly. I am able to work. I socialize.

I feel cheerful and stable. Not easily swayed by mildly bad news.

I feel content. Like all's right with the world and nothing really gets to me. Pretty much the way I feel right now.

Thanks guys I really couldn't think how I feel as at the moment I'm flipping between mild hypomania and feeling a little down. I have written (happy, musical, raring to go and proactive)

Good question... Amongst other things, when I'm "well" I feel warm, fuzzy, "rational" and not hurt by bs opinions

PS I'm a musical bear too

I think one's baseline is one's 'real self;' not too much energy (or delusions, etc., etc.) and not putting on a false self when depressed to hide the fact that we're depressed. So we're all that we truly ARE warts and all, on a daily basis, including non-bipolar-related moods.

I'm pretty chill, except for my chronic anxiety, I exercise, and am relatively motivated to do what I need to do, including work. I can be irritable at times, but not to the point of verbally expressing it to others (usually). At baseline (and otherwise) my memory is terrible and I have some trouble focusing on things (reading, work, even TV). I sleep well. I'm reasonably content.
