All of my hypos have come on in May/June, so I think that summer/more daylight definitely plays a part. Stress can contribute. Definitely lack of sleep and increased stimulation.

My last episode came on this last May, when I was in Las Vegas for a girls' weekend. It was kind of the perfect storm... drinking, partying, no sleep, lots of lights and stimulation... yep.

Lack of sleep... Been sleeping terribly lately, so took my meds super early today to try to get to sleep early. Trying to avoid getting sick...

Being around someone who is already hypo/manic themselves seems to always get me going too.
Being around people who are drinking, especially if I'm drinking too.
All the other usual triggers.

being pushed too far, or being given more than i can handle

ignoring rooteen is a big one (i live off rooteen)

some noises

some comments

certain weather conditions
a new, unfamiliar experience
seeing a cat or a dog on tv (oddest one)

some every day objects
