Oh my. I just looked out the window and saw one of my classic hallucinations a black surveillance van. It is parked in front of my house, but I know it is not really there. I don't feel off and I cannot understand why my brain would be doing this to me right now. I cannot handle any turmoil right now.

I can just ignore this right??

You can ignore it unless it keeps coming back. As long as you know it's not real your good. Try not to stress it because it'll keep happening if you get stressed.

Thanks. It is a little disconcerting to see though. I've been stable for quite a while now.

I have experienced this before. Maybe I can help. I relate.

As to the surveillance van, did it occur to you that it might simply be a van a neighbor owns or a service van doing work at a neighbor's?

Or, if you are wondering if a van is there at all...take a quick picture with your phone. Look at your phone pics. Is there a van?

So I went outside to look and the van was not there. Saw arms reaching into the front seat from the back of my car this morning. Not a good feeling.

Time to call pdoc? If you're still having a lot of stress, you could relapse. It's not your fault. Call and make an appt. Take care.

You might be having a mixed episode. I've had psychosis during mixed. You can nip those symptoms in the bud if you catch it early. Don't wait several months like I did. Please call. Thinking of you.

Thank you Rainy. I have an appointment this morning, I just need to make it through work this morning. Wish I could have taken a PRN instead of going to work.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh! my pdoc just called me back and is insisting on putting me back on Risperdol. I hate this, I just lost all of the weight that I had gained from the last time I was on risperdol. I should not have told her about this, I am tired of med changes. I had been so stable since I got out of the hospital. Should have just made myself get some sleep and deal with it.
