Mine is definitely smoking.

I smoke a pack every other day.

It's horrible, and I'm trying to quit, but it's like I'm incapable. I'm such a nicotine addict.

Another one used to be the Red Bull, but since moving back in with my parents I don't drink them anymore to avoid being harassed by my mom about it.

Yours?

Drinking a beer every now and then and chowing down on candy. Eating out all the time and not exercising.

Unhealthy eating, not exercising, staying in bed all day, too much TV, too much time online, an odd one showering up to 4 times a day, biting my nails.

1. Smoking - I smoke nearly a pack a day
2. Not exercising
3. Watching too much tv
4. Not eating fresh fruits and vegetables
5. Something I don't want to say

Do I want to change it? Yes. Do I make an effort to change - I DO! But then I just fall back into the same old bad habits.

mine is overthinking things.

i do it all the time... all, the time

my other one is constantly talking about me.. i'll have a conversation with someone, and it always end up being aboug what i suffer from, or how i'm feeling, etc.. i do care what other people say and about their feelings, but i always seem to bring it back to myself

recent example: a friend of mine was worried about leaving home and his parents and living alone, and asked me how it feels.. and my first response was, oh well.. my parents were abusive- just leave them

god i felt terrible. it wasn't what i wanted to actually say at all, just what came out

oh.. finding words for stuff and expressing myself. it's fair enough me writing it down, and i can do that, but that does not work all the time- and it's unhealthy not being able to tell someone face to face.

Smoking, not exercising, unhealthy eating. I need to fix it. The problem is that with bipolar, I go back and forth between caring and not caring. I can do great about those things, then BAM! Get hit by an episode and it all goes to pot.

Not eating healthy and not exercising. At my age and with my metabolism, I can't really afford to do this.

I have the tendency to undereat (but not intentionally) and then bike A LOT (i.e., I burn tons of calories, but not intentionally either... I just really, really like biking). It's bad because I'm fairly certain I have hyperthyroidism as well.

Then I don't eat enough fruits/veggies, although I've been a good girl because I've mostly cut out processed food from my diet.

I do something similar, I don't eat during the day while I am coding. then I go to the gym after work and hit the wall. I started not eating when I put on a good deal of weight due to my meds, but now that I am back down to my normal weight I cant afford not to eat.

Yes! I get committed to healthy eating for like two weeks and then feel depressed for a day and say **** it.

Right now my worst habits are smoking, drinking and overeating unhealthy foods. I want to quit smoking by the time I'm thirty so I have seven months to do it. Actually I want to quit smoking by winter because I don't want to stand outside in the cold (no smoking in my house because my son is there).

The eating thing...I dunno.

Before getting sober it was drinking. Now, it's mainly food. I eat good quality food but it's usually drenched in butter, cheese, etc. Also, I LOVE CAKE, COOKIES, BROWNIES, CUPCAKES, CAKE BALLS, CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES! Ok, you get the picture!

Not enough exercise these days, occasionally drinking too much, not getting enough sleep, dwelling on situations, taking too many benzos at times, eating too much candy and Red Bull (on and off), not enough nutrition

I've had problems with overeating/ eating unhealthy foods in the past, but I've gotten control over that and lost 65 lbs. I'm working on losing more.

My technology addiction is pretty bad, though. I seriously need to get some better hobbies.
