My doctor told me about pill packs this week. I'd never heard of them. There is an online service that offers pre-made pill packets for each day and time of the week. I found a family-owned pharmacy that I am going to talk to about this.

I use a pill organizer with four compartments. After breakfast, after afternoon nap, after dinner, and before bed. I load it up each morning when I get up and it's on my desk where I can see it all day. Sometimes I miss the after nap dose because sometimes I will get up and go off right away and do something but I remember eventually. Back in the old days I used to use a spreadsheet that I would enter the time I took every pill and never be in doubt if I missed something and would never double dose but I have been at this med merry go round so long now the pill organizer works pretty well. I also keep a container in my pocket at all times in case I realize I missed a dose. I also keep a container with some meds in the glove box of my car for the same reason.

I'm better at taking my meds than brushing my teeth..

I have a pill organizer, which helps enormously. I always fill it on Sundays so I have that ritual which makes it easier to remember to do. I sometimes miss night meds, but just about always remember morning meds. I also have a big fat note on my fridge: TAKE MEDS!!!
