Have you tried journaling? Sometimes it helps to get those obsessive and worrisome thoughts out!

take a Warm shower and listen to the water hit the back of your ears. It will calm you. Then put on good smelling lotion and focus on the smell and how it feels on your skin.

This will ground you.

Unfortunately it is 2am in the morning now so I don't think anyone would be awake. I am rocking back and forth now and going to try and find some calming music to see what that does.

Do you have any benadryl to take, sometimes that helps calm you down and get to sleep. It is a sleep aid in tylenol pm. or anything else with pm in its name.
sorry you are struggling right now.
