i want to go back to the spirit world again but i dont want to get stuck there. one of the good spirits i am friends with is not as mad at me now so it should be ok but i am nervous should i tell my caseworker how i am feeling also i have an appointment with my psychiatrist in 2 days i dont know if i should tell him either just in case i do get stuck.....

the meds were making me feel bad i feel better now clearer and just better

ok cause i told my case worker about the meds and she wasnt too happy i am just nervous like everyone keeps saying that it is just psychosis but it feels so real it is real i am sure of it i just dont know how to explain it to everyone so they understand.

but why is it bad? i understand if you were saying the bad spirits cause they can do really horrible things but the good ones are fun to be around and they make me happy and magic can be good if used correctly....

yes it may be fun, yes it make you feel happy, and yes, if used correctly, magic can be fun.

but, trust me when I say this, you're not magic

you're not a fairy, you're not an elf, you're not a witch. you're eden.

it's bad because you are Ill, and sometimes, when you are ill, and you don't take the medication, things like this happen.

ask yourself if you've always believed in magic and spirits

then ask yourself how you used to feel

it may help you understand.

but what if i knew then what i know about it all now then i would have felt the same way i just it feels right i cant explain it the medication is bad the doctors just dont want me to be able to do stuff i just i cant explain it.

I wasn't judged harshly when I though Satan was attacking me and I had demons inside me so I think you will be fine too. It was psychosis for me. But I got better. You can too!!

Unfortunately, Eden, psychosis is an illness where it's hard for the person who is experiencing it to see they are sick. Meds aren't bad it's what got you "unstuck" from spirit world last time. Just remember, whether you tell them now or your team figures it out later, they have said they will hospitalize you again. So, while meds may be a choice now, I presume they'll do much the same thing as last time in the hospital where if you refuse they'll get a court order for them to administer meds. Ultimately, going along with treatment(ie: taking meds) seems the "easier" way in this case.

I think they don't want me to stay friends with the good spirits cause the good spirits are powerful and they don't want me to have access to that power.

But they shouldn't force me to take meds because I don't need them but also that is a mean thing to do.

I am supposed to see my psychiatrist tomorrow I don't know if I should keep seeing him I don't think there is any point but how should I tell him...?

Call cancel. You dont owe an explanation. However, in the US there is often a fee for notice typically less than 24 hours. Be aware that you then have to deal with caseworker who will probably be notified that you cancelled.
