I can't remember things. Pills in my pill box. Appointments. Kids' schedules. I'm hanging by my toenails. Help! I want to go in a sound pod and listen to my new CD over and over with a do not disturb sign.

Hello Moose72: I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time with your memory. Remembering things is difficult for me as well. However, in my case, I think a lot of it is due to being old.

I just ran across a Hindu chant video, on YouTube, I hadn't heard before: "Shiva Shambo" on the Insight State channel. It runs for 2 hours! I put on my headphones & simply drift away. Soon I begin to feel almost... well... happy! So, anyway, I can relate to going into a sound pod & listening to a CD. I wish you well...

Use your phone to log appts and kids activities and anything else you need to do.

For instance set 2-3 reminders . 2 days before the day, then the day before and then for morning of.

Pill box. Pick whatever day a week you like and again schedule Appts same as above and just do it.

You need to take into consideration the amount of meds your taking daily I'm sure that is causing your memory to be off.

Try to make some alone time, while kids are in school would be ideal as when they are home they need to be priority.

Good luck
