Sleep thought lol. I try to clear my head and focus on my breathing. Focus on slowing down. Regardless slept little. Still sleepy. Funny thing only had one cup of coffee and was early yesterday morning.

Ditto on the magnesium. I take Natural Calm, which is a powdered form of ionic magnesium citrate. 30 minutes after I take it, I'm super drowsy, and it's helped me stay asleep through the night.

I actually haven't taken it in conjunction with calcium, D3, or K, and it still works well for me. I wonder how much better it would be with those?

Wtf was in a super good mood feeling good signing AC/DC and kid rock. Cooked dinner and was going to relax before heading to the gym now I'm in tears feeling sorry for myself which I promised myself I'd cut out.

Gained some motivation for up rocked felt better. Then wave of sleepiness attacked me

One thing that signals me for bed is my CPAP. My body says "oh! Bedtime!". I also take my pills and brush my teeth and take my inhaler before bed including taking melatonin.

Slept like a baby. Feel neutral today not elevated not depressed so far.

Moods have been neutral or slightly elevated lately. Pdoc said I'm at where I should be in good mood. The slight depression are issues I should discuss with t.
