I'm sitting at Panera and I suddenly feel anxious. I have no idea why. Maybe my car will cost a lot to be fixed? Dunno. It just came over me in the restroom of all places! No anti anxiety meds. I hope I can sleep tonight. I already took a nap- which was very nice I must say! I think I'll fall asleep to my tunes tonight. Daughter is at her boyfriend's and I still have to pick her up. Anxiety go away!

Gotta get my 17 yo and she's not answering her phone. I just want my bed. I have to get up early tomorrow.

Anxiety is awful. Have you got in contact with your daughter yet? Distract yourself as much as possible, even do some star-jumps to burn off the energy,

Yes I did- my daughter is staying at her boyfriend's plce tonight.
Jumping- sounds like me manic. I'm going to do what I did last night: surf the web on my phone while listening to my new CD player in bed after I take melatonin. Only thing at bedtime that calms me. Just took my night meds. Yay me! Gotta get up early which is part of the anxiety.
