So past two three weeks have been good. I found this in an affirmation and kinda stuck with me. Choices. I can choose to be sad or I can do something about it. Along those lines I kinda have been behaving. I can choose to be sad and not workout or I can workout and feel great. I can choose to think negative thoughts or I can think positive thoughts. Etc. just wanted to share maybe it'll help me folks.

You know....being stabile...I chose good logical thoughts. Being bipolar for life and all over the place....it takes awhile to "think" normal. We craved the chaotic life because that's all we knew.....but give it time...you will adjust and move on past bipolar behavior. That's healing and growth. Congratz again.

That is a great way to think about things. It reminds me of my DBT therapy. I can be sad AND I can make a choice to try to feel better.
