I felt so cheered-up by this forum that i took the shower that i've been putting off for days! Yay! All fresh and clean! Showering at night is not ideal but i can't face it in the morning. At least it's done!

Survived a tough emotional blow.

Also, bought a beautiful pair of shoes and a couple cool shirts, all dirt cheap bargain prices.

Went for a long walk along the beach despite feeling exhausted. Lifted my mood a bit and increased my energy. The ocean is so healing.

Started every cleaning every millimeter of my room after finding bugs in my clothes. Wtf

My parents say that I likely caught a bug in the grass or rubbed against a tree or something, and then the bugs just multiplied. I have no food in my room, either. Never had.

It's going to be a looooong day tomorrow trying to finish this up. I absolutely *HAVE* to clean every inch because who knows if there's bug poop!

FInally came out after the crash from hypo to depression in a matter of minutes, to that level ahhhhh sensation that also doesn't last long but damn it feels good. Oh and got more weeding in the garden and cooked some dinner. Not bad for me i'd say
