Positive Things I've done today #5

Deposited money between two banks, new water filter, and ate out. Tomorrow, return clothes and get brakes checked out on car.

I am doing 2 loads of laundry while listening to Tool.
Still trying to syke myself up for a bath.
I fought the urge to call the sub line and call out sick tomorrow. (So far)

I made a cd with songs I like to sing (it's so good!)

Showered, came to work. That's as good as it's getting right now

Washed my very long hair.

Saw a friend for coffee that I hadn't seen since November.

Called my CPN and told him I have been self harming :-/ this is a massive step for me as I have been masking it for months

I'm clean. Very clean.

Ordered my CPAP supplies (long overdue)

That's about it. It's been a rough day.

Showered, came to work. Hope to make it through a full day today...yesterday was a half day

Filed taxes. First year since we've been married that we're getting a refund. That's over five years.

Made breakfast and dinner.

Going to take a shower in a bit.

I faced my fear and got my cavities filled. A front top tooth and a canine on the top. It wasn't that bad after the numbing injection. That hurt like a *****! I was shaking when she injected me it hurt so much. But as I say I survived and didn't run away and made it through the whole process.

I wrote a poem and blog post

Had ice cream (not really positive but it tasted so good)

So instead of going home and flipping by the **** out, I drive to this indep movie theatre after work and saw a movie (it was terrible! But still was a good idea). I am planning on going to Dbsa meeting down the road from here.
I've never been to this meeting so am a little apprehensive- I like going to a meeting where everybody knows me and says hi. But it seemed a semi healthy thing to do.

And i think I was afriad if I went home I would crawl into my bed and never come back out. Have a Good nite.

Cooked an actual meal that was healthy!

I cleaned all the dried on grout off the bathroom tiles

Cleaned the kitchen sink since my wife didn't after doing dishes a couple days ago... 2 days of sink sludge...

Went to a park and took pictures

Did two loads of laundry

It is morning so I will use yesterday. Started off very low but went up and up throughout the day so I was able to get a good chunk of study done. I finished my final draft on a writing assignment due next week, prepared for a presentation and studied grammar. Also my Mum and Dad came to visit me in hospital which was nice.

Scooped the litter box.
Left the house.
Hung out with a friend.

Got up early. Went to Starbucks. Texted with my buddy. Went to church. Sang in the choir. Sang higher than I thought I could. (Within the context of the music.). Learned that my son and his dad will be two members of a barbershop quartet. Helped my eldest son change the oil in my car.

Got up at 10, had coffee, watched Church, caught up on the phone with my friend, now I'm struggling trying to get the motivation to shower and study. So anxious today..
