I am sorry to bother everyone again but i really dont know what to do. I have been very scared and depressed lately it took me 3 hours to get out of bed this morning and i am so incredibly sad but also I have been scared that lately an entity of sorts has been stalking me and I am also scared that I am possessed i am unable to call my doctor and my mental health worker has still not replied to me and I really dont know what to do. My T also canceled I feel very stuck. What helps you calm down and stay calm when you have a lot going on?

It sounds like you need to go to an emergency room. I know that is scary but I think you need help immediately and that you don't have a fast pathway in place right now.

Please get help so it doesn't get worse.

Canadian numbers are listed by Province on this site-
Canada Suicide & Crisis Hotlines - When You Feel You Can't Go On... Call a Suicide Hotline. / SuicideHotlines.com - Direction for immediate crisis intervention for the gravely suicidal & treatment for major clinical suicidal depression.

Other International hotlines are listed by country on this site-

Is there anyone who you can call for help? Maybe come over and keep you company.

I still think you should call the hospital but if you can't I am here to listen, and I'm sure many others of us are too!

If you call your doctors office after hours they may have an answering service to page the doctor on call.
YOu could try to do this.,

Thank you I had the biggest panic attack last night because I was freaked out I was possessed and i didnt know how to get it out of me and then i was hearing things like footsteps and someone talking only I couldnt understand what they were saying. I really do think I am possessed I was going to tell my T but then they cancelled and now I am freaking out. I dont feel safe anywhere and I am scared all the time. I want to cry.

I wish I lived next door and could take care of your fish, and could take you to the hospital. Can any of the numbers bizi posted help you? I would think that any local crisis group would have a volunteer who would be glad to help out, if you reach out to them. That is what people who volunteer are there for. Let them help you. Hugs.
Thanks for this!

Can you do an internet search for your doctor and see if you can find a number?

Is the mental health worker through an agency? They may have someone on-call.
