It sounds like the hospital is your only choice. You need to get help. what you are describing of your life is miserable and the hospital can make it better.

Go to the hospital. You've exhausted all your other options for help. They may have a bed for you this time.

It sounds like your mental health worker is not equipped or willing to deal with crises, as they said and indicated. Not that that's fair or good, but no sense in dwelling on that. You need help and to get better. I really think the only ones equipped and willing to deal with crises are ER's and this is where you need to go. I've work in ER's and have seen that if there is no bed at the hospital where you go, they can check other hospitals to see if there are beds available there. Please go. They can truly help you. You need a bridge between your current crisis and DBT and DBT, anyway, isn't equipped to deal with crises either. JUST the ER. Please go! And take good care of you...

i am supposed to be seeing my mental health worker today for something unrelated to recent events but after yesterday i have no idea if it is still happening or not if he doesnt show up at the agreed time then i will call and see if i can go to the ER. i am exhausted though and my eyes are so incredibly sore from how much i have been crying.

Why don't you take EVERYONE's advice and go to the hospital? Obviously you're getting nowhere with your worker, and I doubt his showing up in person is going to change that. You're just going to get worse, and when that happens....

Part of getting better is knowing when and where to get help.
