I don't think i am manic any more. Just took another zyprexxa to ensure that I get a good nights sleep. Thank you all again for the support last nnight. (((HUGS)))) bizi

I slept well but am in zyprexa fog this morning, very groggy.

I texted my T to let her know that I was manic. she said it was good that I recognized it. I see her on monday.
I think that I caught in time...letting zyprexa do its thing/magic. bizi My 20 minutes limit on the computer is up!

It is a good sign that you can see the mania. Are you able to control you behaviour to stay safe and not do things you normally wouldn't you. I see you are limiting time online, that will help. I hope things keep calming down. Take care

I have brain fog. either from the mania or the zyprexa. I stopped taking the geodon when I started taking the zyprexa. I will email my pdoc this morning.
sigh thanks for your support, sorry I can't contribute to other peoples threads, for now I just have to focus on me. bizi

Zyprexa gives me brain fog too. It tends to clear up by the afternoon but it makes it really hard to function when I have things to do n the morning. If you are taking it regularly the fog side-effect tends to pass in a week or so. HUGS!

Even though she said that I should take the geodon, afraid to take geodon and zyprexa together, will try to research it.
I went from 160mg a day to zero geodon, day 5, debating to take it tonight. This will be the 6th dose of zyprexa, 15mg. My mind is in a fog, my typing is terrible and I should get ready for bed. I think I will skip my klonipin and see if I can sleep just on the zyprexa. bizi

I just spoke with the pharmacist who said that it was contraindicated to take both together. Thanks mari for encouraging me to check with her.
She said she would call the doctors office and leave them a message. bizi

I saw my therapist yesterday then my pdoc today and a workshop this evening.
My pdoc was kind and caring. She did not think that I was manic. She thought it was the alcohol, even so she was glad that I took the zyprexa. I am to taper off of it and restart the geodon. My prescription for 5mg of zyprexa is not in yet they have to call in them to the pharmacy. So I will just stop taking the zyprexa. my pdoc doesn't want me on these forums. So to try to reel in my internet addiction, I will say good bye. You really helped me when I needed it. thank you for the support. bizi

I have an addictive personality. food, alcohol and internet. I don't seem to be able to moderate...not in my genes. I was spending hours every night on line...going from one forum to the next, from email to facebook etc. back and forth on and on it would go. so I hide the book marks and am only going to facebook, email, neurotalks bipolar forum which I have been a member for decades but is not very active. thank you for your support again, bizi
