I might have had 2 mixed episodes (this would be the 3rd) in 17 years. I have a lot to do today that must be done by tomorrow. Any advice on getting out of this miserable ball of c**p? I don't have time for this. On top of that it doesn't feel that great.

Sadly no advice but I wish you good luck, mixed episodes suck.

If I knew how to not have mixed episodes I would be rich!

Gah! I wish I did have advice for you! Mixed episodes suck!

I don't have any advice for how to end it, but you might try Frankincense oil in a nice hot bath to get you calmed enough to get through it so you can focus on what you need to do.

That's all I got.

Good luck, honey!

Geodon pulled me out of a mixed episode in a couple of days.

I have no good answers but wanted to give you ((((hugs)))

I've been kind of mixed myself the last couple weeks. Think I *might* finally be just landing in mild depression.

Hope it is short-lived for you.
Thanks for this!

Mini coma.

There's a reason why Pdocs drug the bejeezuz out of us when we get hospitalized for mania or mixed...

Apparently there's a French study that shows knocking us the eff out helps reset the brain.

I've induced my own "comas" (with a pdoc's blessing) and even if they don't fix me, I do feel more centered / functional after.

Disclaimer: I'm not advocating self medication, best speak to your doctor.

Congratulations! Do not forget to eat as Geodon is only absorbed in full if you eat complete meals.
