Good and bad always collide. I was up really late last night from horrible disabling anxiety and racing heart and mind. Finally got some sleep.
Managed to do some work today. My t texted me and said how proud of me she is and Ive worked hard to get there. That was really nice to hear. Lord knows my family doesn't show support or encouragement! I also received my peer support specialist certificate! Woo! Having weird time with the boyfriend right now and it worries and scares me. I don't like this. I need support there. I'm cuddling with my friends dog I'm watching. He's a total bed hog.

There was a crap therapist once when I was IP who tried to tell me to stop twirling my hair! Like right I can just stop the anxiety! I get it, I'm sorry the anxiety is so high, hope you can relax soon.
