I've now had two friends who've told me to go to hospital and go to the psych ward! I f**king can't do that because it would be too much stress on my mum who is very ill herself plus can't leave my four cats alone! No one seems to ever understand me!

Yes I've stopped taking my Quetiapine and yes I'm having issue like not sleeping, feeling promiscuous, pressured speech, wanting to run around naked, believing I'm growing wings to fly, not caring about real life things, feeling untouchable, invisible to people who don't matter that should matter, body shaking with so much energy, feeling energy in everything I touch, seeing and hearing things like my dead fiancé (female) and my purple dragon friend, head all of sudden feels as light as a feather then my head inside goes round so fast I get butterflies in my stomach, and I'm starting to have visions when I close my eyes of people's faces melting off their skulls. But I'm fine and don't need to go anywhere except stay in my own home with my cats.

What do you think?

Based on what you've said here you need to reach out for some help. You are not going to be any good to your mom or your cats if you are sick or become sicker. Please take care of yourself.
Thanks for this!

I think you should listen to your friends and go to the hospital. Since you're off your meds and not thinking rationally, that might be the right place to get help. We're very limited with what we can do for you on this forum, other than listen to your words and try to offer suggestions.

You need to go to the hospital.

It sounds like you have some kind, caring, understanding friends who wish to be supportive. Ask them to look in on mom and the cats. You are doing mom a disservice by ignoring your own needs. I am inclined to think you would be far better a support to her if you were healthy.
Thanks for this!

I think your post confirms that going to a hospital would benefit you more than hurt you. You need to take care of you first before you can help anyone else. Please take care of yourself.

If friends you love are telling you to go, you need to listen. Cats are very easy and they will be fine. Have your mum call a neighbor or friend to look in on her. Get to the hospital. You'll be glad you did before something possibly dangerous happens to you. We all need the hospital now and then.

Generally, when more than one person tells me I need help, I go get it. I have very little insight into my condition either manic or depressed, and it sounds like you're the same way. Please listen to what people are saying here and go to the hospital. You need it.

Usually my friends know I'm manic before I know. But you do know. You recognize the symptoms. Don't be a hero. Get help.

Personally don't know I'm manic or my symptoms, I just get told by others what they think, they have a way of making me tell them what is going on in my head without me realising it
