Ate dinner and took my meds. I have not been taking my sleep aid because it leaves me still sleepy the next morning.

I’ve done that before. We all stay so busy and have a lot on our minds.

Took pm meds. I'm struggling with gagging now. Whether I take all 6 pills at once or one at a time.

No...not yet. I'm playing around what time of day is best to take them. I feel better when I take them at night, but good luck getting me to remember that. Especially if I don't get home till 3am. First thing in the morning is easy, but tends to leave me nauseous and I never know what the trigger is :s Have to weigh the good and bad I guess... which at this point in my life: taking them is better then not at all.

I actually remembered today. There are days I forget. Those days are not good ones.

Certain meds need to be taken in the AM and others in the PM. The prescriber usually list the time on the bottle. I have missed my PM meds and took him the next AM. But my PM meds do not make me sleepy. For me a day without meds is not good at all. I’d rather take them first thing in the AM. lol

I very rarely forget my meds because of the rituals I've set up with breakfast and dinner. Only if I miss or am alone for either of these meals would I possibly forget the meds. Morning meds are easier to forget than evening, because if I forget my evening meds at the usual 7 pm, I usually figure out that I forgot by 12 am if I'm completely awake.
I filled my pill boxes today, too. |
