I barely remembered! In general, I haven't been that great at it. On my way to work, I actually turned around to go back and take my Lamictal and Gabapentin. If it were just an out-of-the blue miss of my meds, I wouldn't have turned around. However, since I found myself slipping, I knew I had to in order to get back on track.

I came to realize that since I don't have my Lamictal on top of my dresser, it threw me off, where I started to forget doses. I put it back in its place, so hopefully that will fix my memory problems.
Thanks for this!

Thanks! I definitely have to start. I used to be really good about being on time with my meds....I'm not sure what's happening lately!

Man!!??!! I missed my meds earlier this week (took them later than normal by quite a bit) and wow did that throw me for a loop.

This is strange though, because I often take them late on weekends (to the tune for a few hours), largely because I get up later (much later) and have no ill effects.

But Wednesday, man alive!! I couldn't read well, type well, concentrate, or cognate.

Mind you, I think I am in the midst of up cycle (which culminated in a major episode Saturday night)...and maybe I am a place that really really need to be vigilant in taking them to take the top edge of my mood -- I have taken them on time since...

Yes I did,
However I need to be more organized with my pill bottles they are all over the place & the meds I take are those horse pills that won't fit into a box. I guess it may be time to purchase a small t.v. tray. I try to take it the same time every night.

Yes. Blister packs make it easy. Except now I forget the one that's not blister packed!

I don't remember if I took my afternoon meds because we were doing errands most of the day. About ready to take my bedtime ones, though.
