kicked into hypomanic today. Doc took me off lithium and geodon at the same time this week. Trying to get me out of some side effects. Hopefully, he's planning to replace that with something soon!

I know I am kinda high, cause the second wave kicked in. And I honestly I give up trying to fight it. I really, truly give up even attempting to sleep like a normal person.

I've been growing increasingly depressed. My pdoc increased my Seroquel XR today. I hope it helps. It has in the past. And yet with Seroquel XR, sometimes lowering it does the trick. It depends.
