With all this rain and no sunshine I’m a bit low.

Low, in an agitated kind of way. Slightly going in the direction of mixed and hoping it doesn't push me into an episode.

Mixed...so, I guess that’s “low” in an agitated, energetic way. My default mood state, unfortunately...so I know what I’m dealing with, but I *hate* it.

I’m dangerously unstable, really. But I’m not alone 24/7 so no IP for now...got the “OK” from my psychiatrist last week (med change, see him again before month end) and my therapist knows (see her weekly).

I’m not psychotic and I’m grateful for that.

I’ve tried those mood tracker apps but they just don’t work for me. My previous Pdoc pushed me to use one and bring it in for her to see. I finally sat down with her and said “listen up. This paper only has space to record one mood per day. On a good day I could have 15 moods. And how the heck do I rate a mixed episode? I want to scream go up on the roof and zing dishes at passers by ...but...I can’t get out of bed.” She relented on the mood tracker and that was the end of it.

Middle, and irritable.

Suddenly posts on the forum are bothering me a lot. Is it me? Is it winter lifting and we’re all waking up from the low months?

Is it because I’m starting trauma therapy (week 2) and she’s digging into my past?

I don’t know.
