the disorder is affecting all my relationships and everyone is turning against me. my "friends" think im faking for attention. at this point, death seems like the best option for me.

Hugs. It is part of this illness to feel that way, both people being against you and SI. Focus on some self care right now.

When you feel better work on some of your relationships. The older I have gotten them more I have narrowed my friend list down. Sometimes it is me doing it and sometimes people that cannot accept me at my worst. There are billions of people on this planet, some people need to be let go while others need extra work.

I know it is difficult when it feels like things are falling apart, but sometimes you have to let things simmer down and collect your own thoughts and feeling instead of picking at wounds, let it heal a bit.

The most important thing I have learned, and it has been and continues to be a constant struggle, is that you really have to be mindful. We have to work much harder on it than people that do not have BP.

Are you seeing a doctor? If you're suicidal, go to the nearest ER and they should be able to help you. If you're just feeling despondent, seeing a therapist could help. If you just need to vent and fine people who understand, that's what we're here for. reaching for help

Care to share more about your situation?

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. Death is not the option. You can reach out to us here but also think about a pdoc and therapist. You need support. If you get into a crisis, go to the ER or text 741 741 and type hello. It's an unobtrusive crisis line that is discreet and not pushy. It's helped me many times. I hope you feel better soon. Thinking of you.

Hold onto yourself. Take a walk. Get through this moment and then the next and then the next. Take care of yourself. Remember, no one will advocate or care for you like you, but let your friends and family try if they're willing. They're probably not actually out to get you, but they can get tired just like us. Just make sure you're OK as your first priority.

I am sorry that life is such a struggle for you right now. I can't offer any advice that hasn't already been said. The biggest thing is for you to take care of you and if it means going to the hospital, please don't hesitate. You can always keep posting here for additional support.
