I hate doctors and making new appointments and I hate people who can't listen. Everything is so confusing at home and then I go to work and everything is so frustrating. I hate being watched 24/7 and I try to ignore it and just be me but when I see someone take out a camera I want to hide. Backpacks freak me out too. People across the universe can hear my scream. I have to call someone tomorrow and I don't know who or why and I don't even have time.
Just make it stop. Just take me away from here.
I don't even know if I'm still doing well. I think I am, but I just get so angry and confused and I don't even know the difference. Overwhelmed. That's the word.

You sound like you might get some relief if you see your pdoc. Best wishes.

He's not very smart when it comes to psych meds. Asked me if I meant klonopin when I said clozapine and had to look it up.

Yet he can look things up and can write prescriptions.
It sounds like you need some help stabilizing.

I guess. I don't think he will though. Esp if he has to deal with the blood work.
I don't really think I do need help.I'm not manic or depressed.
