Just so drained for more than a year now, I can't seem to get my mind and body motivated, yet do not feel severely depressed or anything like that.
My pdoc feels it just may be due to all the changes in my life, you know body and mind stuff, I'm not even sure anymore, but I just can't take this "dead" feeling much longer, I want to feel the energy of life, my favourite season, Autumn, use to energize me, but this year, I do not know what happened, I've run out of gas.
Just needed to vent, I understand we all must experience these funks once in awhile, I thought if I type it out, by some miracle I may be released from this ever so long zap of energy.
Please, Autumn, bring your cool, crisp days back to me, so I can feel the energy once again.
I'm just so tired . . .

I'm sorry DE, I hope things turn around for you soon and you can enjoy the autumn time once again.

I'll keep you in my prayers.

I have been in a funk lately also. I'm determined to go to the gym tomorrow to try and get some energy. I haven't been in a long time and I can barely seem to get off the couch. Its just *so* hard to get started.

There seems to be a bit of the "funk" going around. I have been feeling the same too. Just wanted you to know you are not alone. Hope you start to feel better soon.

Do you know it's not something like low thyroid? My doctor made me start Synthroid and I don't feel like a new woman but I have to admit there might be a bit of an energy improvement.

When its on the one you know the funks begun
When you are down and out there is no doubt
You need the funk
Just bring the funk
Bring the funk
Bring the funk
Now whats the problem everybodys got them
Just get the hole out of your soul
And bring the funk
Bring me the funk
Bring the funk

I'm being treated for hypothyroidism/Hashimotos,etc.
I have benign nodules and happily latest ultrasound showed that since my increase of Synthroid and Cytomel, has shrunk, and one is no longer visible.
I'm wondering if it is the waning of hormones, I'm pre-menopausal. I can't get out of this funk
Or maybe all the stuff in my 3D is taking a toll on my energy, you know emotional drain(s).
We all need to start an "anti-funk" pep rally. LOL!! I can't get out of this funk
I'd like to thank the rest of you who replied to my post.
I really love when I feel that I am visible here. I can't get out of this funk
Anymore replies are quite welcomed always. I can't get out of this funk
