As long as I keep busy- I'm alright.
It's the pauses in between that kill me.
"Keep the mind occupied- ease the noise "
I tell myself.
The thoughts, they come relentlessly.
No rest for the wicked.

No sleep.

I'm not sure what to do with myself and how to cope with this. I've done it a million times you think I'd have it down by now. Repetition I guess. Repetition, repetition, repetition.

Ill figure it out.
I'm just fine....really, just fine.

Call your doc and ask if it is cool to add in some melatonin, it is over the counter and available at drugs stores. It *may* not work for you, but it is worth a try.

Have you talked to your pdoc? Distraction is great but it's not a cure-all for intrusive thoughts. You might need therapy to work on countering those thoughts.

Put yourself on a very strict schedule ..

Go to bed at X and get up at X , sleep or o sleep , Meanwhile NO electronics during sleeptime.

Force yourself to follow daily self care , Bathing , washing clothes brushing teeth etc

Exercise , Whether you want to or not . Even if its just taking a walk speakg of 20 mins outside a day increases your vitamin D levels that helps with easing your depressiveness.

Moral of the story do everyhing you dont want to !!!
