Sorry for all the disability threads. I don't know where else to put them.
What is a review when it comes to disability? Should I mention my recent hospitalization this next meeting? They are determining whether I need a payee. Based on my situation how much do you think I'll get? I need to budget around this. You can read my other threads if you want to know more about me.

They do a review every 3-5 years to be sure you are disabled. It's just some of the same stuff you just did but they aren't as strict; 95% of people are still considered disabled.
Your hospitalization doesn't really matter until you put in your review that you've been hospitalized. The people at the office have nothing to do with the decision making and the decision is made so you don't need more evidence. Do keep track of the date sof the hospitalization and any others for your review (hospitalizations make you look like you need help). Since you are ready to budget I think you are probably fine. Since you didn't work you will get SSI. That amount I gave you earlier ($735?) is what you will get unless your state kicks in a few dollars. The only reason they'll say you need a payee is if you are incapable of paying bills or managing money. They ask everyone a few questions about that; I got more because in my application I had noted that I needed help sometimes budgeting and had a history of forgetting to pay bills.

Did you sign a contract or anything with your attorney specifying a flat fee or a percentage up to a max? He should have discussed with you his fee. If he hasn't, please find out. I hired a third party company to help me get disability and they let me know the fee upfront.

Thanks all. Turns out I'm getting $1100 in back pay and $500 a month. Maybe more from a dads benefits that I never knew who is apparently deceased.
