Read most of a book
Made a really nice roast beef and baby potatoes for dinner, and it turned out perfectly, so tender that it just fell into pieces when I took it out of the slow cooker
Cut cats' claws
Had some quiet time

I bought a new car, which was needed. I found out my credit score is 836 so I was able to get a low interest rate.

Did another day full of homework
Had the patch test put on--will find out if my skin's sensitive to chemicals found in personal care products
Stayed cool and didn't sweat (have to do that for the next three days)

Went through the day feeling pretty down because of nightmares, but around now I feel okay because I took a depression bath, lit a candle and opened my window so I have nice nighttime noises. It feels pretty good.

Walked around Boston instead of taking the T. Ate a small salad for lunch. Got great news from my doctor. Wasn't too stressed out by my two-year-old grandson. A good day, all things considered.

Went to T and decided to work on things that still bother me, mostly things that I did
Went to dermatologist--now have a list of things that won't bother my skin
Rested--I needed that today
Thanks for this!

Shower, clean clothes, shaved, and made it to work early while nobody is here. It's a great time of day to get things done without the chaos that inevitably ensues when my colleagues arrive.

Best to all today.
