Went to a doctor and admitted that I am falling into depression and need help...for me, admitting it is a big thing

I ran some errands, completed my chores (including switching out my summer clothes), got a facial, worked out and walked my dog 2 miles. I feel productive today. I think I’ll go clean out and scrub down the refrigerator and freezer.

I'm an accountant and sometimes doing a bankruptcy is not always a bad thing. It is rough, but the journey there was too

House work yay!! Haven't touched my flat in about 3 months of not longer. It wasn't disgusting just untidy. I had no motivation. But my Sister is coming over and I needed to do the flat up. I don't like people in my flat if it's a mess

I was in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and recently filed Chapter 7...one of the better decisions I've ever made. Now I'm starting a new financial life...it's not as restrictive as you might imagine...Good Luck!

I have curly hair which is easy to keep looking nice, but usually I just get out of bed & finger comb it.
Today I did the whole scrunching thing and it looked really nice

Today I went to the store and picked a up a few things. Then I did some laundry. I`m going to put off the folding and putting away laundry for tomorrow. I just don`t have the energy to do it tonight.

I went to my therapy session, & did some reflective writing to try to get out of this mixed state. I've only been sleeping 2-3 hours a night, but was able to take an hour nap...I'm so sleep deprived that I've been feeling physically ill. I felt much better after the nap. It's a sad state of affairs when a nap is the most mentally constructive thing you've done all day.
Thanks for this!

I woke up at 5am a total mess. My husband has my meds locked away so I had to wake him up for some PRN's. 4 haldol and some xanex later I felt much better.
