Yard work, fixed/adjusted the refrigerator door, hauled a basketball Positive Things I've done today #6 hoop from our neighbor's yard to ours, worked with an electrician on wiring our pool house, talked to a new friend, showered and cleaned up. Good day. Tired. Hoping to sleep without Seroquel tonight.

Hung out with a friend.
Just made a healthy dinner of a homemade turkey burger with veggies instead of stopping at McDees for a fast food hamburger.
(Not too amazing a feat but I suppose every little bit helps)
Thanks for this!

Got up early, came to work early. Had a productive day at work. Wrapping up a few things at work then heading out to hike at a lake with my family, my wife's sister, and her husband. Should be good.

Didn't completely lose my shiit while talking to a specialty pharmacy rep trying to refill a mail order prescription. She couldn't even find my rx in the computer which I have been on forever!! Grrr. All worked out in the end though and I remained pleasant and polite the whole time.
Thanks for this!

I actually cut the grass! And this time I didn't let the grass get super thick and high, therefore making it easier. Huzzah!
Thanks for this!

Cleaned out more stuff from under my bed. Moved some things around my bedroom so my nephew could move my new mattress in. I then made some lunch for all of us. I washed my bedding and my little sister took me to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. I am now making my bed. Such a busy day for me.

Saw my T, pdoc and another psychiatrist who was evaluating me for possible TMS treatment if I don't improve. Good thing is that I am hypomanic today and the euphoria is awesome. Such a holiday from the depression.
