Washed a large load of dishes
Cleaned out 3 litter boxes
Swept, vacuumed and mopped floor of the cat's room
Did 2 light workout routines (one low impact cardio, one stretching). 52 minutes of physical activity total, not bad for a rest day.
Ran a couple of errands

Watched my GF put up some Christmas decorations. I hate Christmas with a passion, but I'm glad it brings her some happiness. She understands when I don't participate too much.

Went for a long walk down the beach, started my Christmas shopping and had dinner with a good friend. So much better than the months of laying on the couch watching random shows due to depression and Chronic Fatigue.

I've continued to stay strong and optimistic through a period when 3 weeks ago I thought would be painful. The reality is that it is not. Planning and seeking help and guidance has made a difference!

Thought I'd revive this thread

Dusted, swept and mopped floors. Heading to clean bathroom in a minute. I promised myself when we moved that I would not let the cleaning go and so far I'm keeping up.

Didn’t overeat junk food even tho my friend had lots of desserts around his house.

Recently out of IP for severe depressive episode, so my good deeds today were showering and doing the dishes, about to go take the trash out so I can clean the house tomorrow

Luckily I feel a little better today than I did yesterday. I am sure I will run the errands I skipped yesterday. I plan to get outside a bit and clean up around the house a bit.

Initiated taking down and putting away all of the Christmas-related stuff. I put on Beethoven's 9th Symphony, which lured hubby down to help. Finally we have a Christmas-free looking house again. I even have nice fresh tulips in my dining room and kitchen. I know Spring is still some time away, but I'm in a Spring mood.

Made pumpkin-chocolate chip muffins for breakfast
Consoled daughter's boyfriend as his lizard died this morning and he was tore up
Talked to daughter and made sure she was okay
Took turns with my husband to clear the driveway from all this snow
Will be taking a shower and making dinner soon
