Ugh. So many things to do and I have been frozen unable to do anything. I have been wearing the same clothes since Friday, I am gross. I did read a book and cuddle with my kitties and stare into oblivion imagining and worrying about my imminent demise due to a health issue. basically I wasted my days off feeling like crap.

But I did start to take down christmas and I finally went thru 3 months worth of unopened mail, so I guess that Is something....

Swept the floors, got dishes washed up, took out trash. Cleaned bathroom. Polished off the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies LMAO

Did more homework, did three loads of laundry, and the usual household stuff.

Also built a small song with loops and wrote more poems.

Took a Klonopin when I started feeling really angry and impulsive. I know that sounds strange when it comes to a "positive thing that I did," but at least it was my way of knowing when it's time to recognize that I need help, and the PRN was prescribed to me for a reason.

Something I did that really was positive: I did a return at Kohl's and bought a new scarf and new pants. I hate returns, but I felt like I got something done, since I've been wanting to do that.

Got up, took a shower, got dressed (and didn't freak out because I was running late).

Took my time, didn't let things out of my control bother me, and went to my therapy appointment.

I also managed to mail out my Valentine's Day presents, and made it to the Post Office even though I didn't think I would.

I actuallly slept like a "normal person" - 7 hours. Unfortunately I did it by doubling my sleep meds. I grew tired of only getting 3-5 hours of sleep a night. I wasn't smart, & I wouldn't do it on a regular basis, but I actually feel rested for the first morning in a long time.
