So, I've been very angry, short fuse, snapping at everyone, etc. I have never in my life felt this way. I feel like it's worse than my MDD.

Anyway, I couldn't figure out wth was going on.

Accidently, I forgot to get more of my Vitamin B complex. After not taking it for the last 3-4 days, last night and today, the anger is almost completely gone!!!

Can too much vitamin B make you angry? Maybe my cocktail plus the B supplement is too much?

I hope maybe this helps someone, or maybe this is all in my head and it's a complete coincidence?

Anyone else have trouble with vit B? I take a multi, then a B supplement on top of that.

Thanks!
Cathryn

Obviously I can't tell you if it's vitamin B or not since I'm not a dr, but I see a lot of forum posts online from various websites saying that vitamin B makes them angry.

Who put you on vitamin B? Was it a dr?

My grandma gets vitamin B shots and she's okay anger wise... so it's possible your vitamin B dose is too high or something. I would ask a dr to figure out what dose you should use if you're going to use it
