I met a guy on a gay dating app. He was so nice and outgoing. Just a great guy. I sent him pictures of me, just face pictures. And he said, "you're catfishing me." "You are way uglier than your profile pic." I have gained 20 lbs from Seroquel and remeron. My heart is breaking. I'm making a commitment to stay off dating apps and sites for 3 months. I'm going to work on myself. I'm going to be the best me I can be. We were supposed to go on a date next weekend. I think he has some mental illness. I believe everyone has somebody for them, including me. I used to be a model, and after medications I'm just a loser. No more dating for me unless God arranges it. Goodbye grindr. Good bye okcupid. I'm focusing on me.

He sounds like a jerk! You are definitely better off without him. Don't take his opinion as fact. There will be someone else much better for you.

You are not a loser. If anyone is a loser its the guy that said "You are way uglier than your profile pic." He does not deserve you. Forget about him, you never know when someone will come your way, and not a jerk like him!
