I spent all day yesterday internet researching a certain crime against children that is prevalent in Hollywood and it led me to Nickelodeon and all over the place. the cover up is scary and unreal
but today I am finding myself in a wierd spot. not much sleep but tired . able to be normal and visit my grandmother. but at home now with a deep sense of paranoia and fear that the powerful people in the entertainment industry know I have looked them up and are going to come kill me. then I fight myself if this could be true or not. then i almost want to write this on here in case something DID happen to me I don't know how my brain keeps going back and forth between ok and disturbed. i dont think this has happened to me beforbefore. this going back and forth anyone know? or maybe I should be scared?

I feel pretty freaked out. scared to go downstairs. feel like someone is on the other side of the door

Jacky.....I researched the same thing awhile back and felt the same sense of paranoia.....it's pretty horrific and scary stuff. It rattles the view of the world and changes how you see it. I'm so sorry you just went through this.....it's really terrible! I don't think they will come after you......if you had money, power and influence and you used it to make waves then yeah, they might. There is a dark, seedy, nasty, dirty underbelly in our society and I've gotten a glimpse a few times in my life......I would be better off mentally had I never looked into certain things but you can't go back sadly (((hugs)))

I can see how research and realizations can make you feel unsafe.
I am sorry you are going through this, jacky.  I, too, feel you are safe from the rich and "powerful" people involved in crimes against children, as you don't pose a huge threat to them or to their lifestyle. You are likely quite skilled at feeling upset inside, while presenting as calm and collected, as you did with your grandmother. How are you feeling otherwise? I am concerned about you and the course BP may be taking in your life right now, while trusting you will take good care of yourself. WC

thx ladies. researching is probably a bad idea for anyone
I'm going to check out my physical health tomorrow at the Dr I have an ear infection I think and i wonder if it's messing with me. I think it can lead to infection in the brain untreated i keep having memories I think may have been from dreams

I also think you are safe, I get that sometimes when I research things.
I hope you can get your ear cleared up I am currently dealing with both ears plugged and getting infected ... It drives me mad . Please be kind to yourself

Hey jacky, I feel really sure that you're safe. I'm glad you're getting your ear checked out...ear problems can be incredibly debilitating, in my experience. Keep us posted.
