Christina look into breaking your lease early that way you can leave Florida it might help. I also know you want this trip but maybe you do need to go IP and be safe. But I think trying to break your lease is your best bet you might not want to self help any more

Saw the Grandbaby today for the first time in 4 weeks. She was adorably cranky. Which was fine I was zoned out for most of the visit, put on the fake smile and carry on.

I have a Pdoc appt the 9th. We are leaving that night to head home for 10 days.I cant move that appt up as I need to get my refills that day or I will run out while I am gone. A few meds would not be a big deal but a couple I need for physical stuff too.

This thread is just proof my mind is a scrambled mess and stuck in a situation I dont know if I can change

My brain is scrambled too so I have nothing to offer but continued love and support. And hugs. Lots of hugs.

Thank you !

I’m good at giving advice even if I can’t use it myself atm.

Offering support here helps me get out of my own head for a few minutes.

In an large non plastic bowl fill 3/4 of the way with water and a cup of white vinegar, Heat until boiling in microwave allow it to cool a bit and then heat to boiling again. Let it cool enough to be safe taking it out and wipe the whole microwave with a damp clothe... No scrubbing involved that way.

Hubby is doing okay. Hes on oxygen at night , His numbers are good while he is awake.

How are you hun????

6 days until we make a trip up home !!!!! its only for 10 days, I am excited but still not sleeping and the situational stuff still has me totally screwed up.

I wont have much ability to come here on PC due to no internet so you all will finally get a break from my ongoing saga of despair.

"Call or go see your Pdoc" isnt going to help things, so no need for that advice.

This is situational. and nothing that a few weeks of Therapy I couldnt afford anyway is even going to scrape the topic(s) I miss my old Therapist, big time. Hes 750 miles away. He doesnt do telephone Therapy and I think talking to him would make it harder on me to get over all this.

So yeah i'll be a snappy b!tch mentally until whenever;...... already gave my husband the heads up so I will just shut the hell up, I refuse to take things out on people I care about .
Aww I'm sorry about that. It would be nice if your old therapist did phone calls. That would be helpful.

4 days until we head north ! I can’t wait to be back “ home” only if it’s for 10 days.

Coming back down is probably going to destroy me.

I already feel bad about how I will react to coming back for my husbands sake. A sobbing wife in a car for 14 hours isn’t going to be pleasant. I hope that doesn’t happen.

On a side note , I dropped a spoon on the kitchen floor today , it’s in about 5 pieces now.

Can anyone say Rage-y
