Manic time?

I am at Starbucks. I have to leave in about 15 minutes for church but I don't wanna go. But we have the regular service and and an extra service to sing. I slept enough so why do I feel like this? It's a lovely morning. If only I could get a spot to park. Maybe my ex will take n3 and me out for lunch between services? This is my manic time of year. Then why if anything do i feel normal or a little down?

How long have you been on your current cocktail? Maybe the difference between this Fall and all the other Fall's is that you have a cocktail that stops the seasonal mania. Or your bipolar could be changing.

Maybe you need a change of pace and want to play hooky . sometimes that happens and it's actually "normal".

I spent over 8 hours at church today. Can't wait to hear the recording of the choir. Thought we did well.

Did you feel okay during the events?

Yes I felt ok during the time I left for and was at church.

I usually get manic in the fall too, but my meds appear to be holding it back. Let's hope for stability for us both.

Been having a horrible day. Filled out housing paperwork but my mom who was helping me called the mean worker at my apartment complex. Apparently my mom called her a *****. Meanwhile I was feeling spacey and dizzy and completely confused. I had felt this way all day. My thoughts were confused and slow - full of molasses.
