Its been 15 weeks and it still has me in a rage like day 1..

I think the only way its ever going to lift is when I move back home.. We are able to break our rental lease early.

I want to move back right after the Holidays ..... Husband want to wait til Feb or March .. Ugh Ugh no no no.

This situation keeps me in nightmares every. single. night.

Sorry to rant about this I have tried for weeks to shut up but its like a ever erupting lava flow.

I’m so glad you can move back home earlier than expected! I really, truly hope it helps even a little bit. If I had had to stay in the apartment where my husband died, I don’t know what I would have done. I didn’t set foot back in there.

You have my full support to come here and rage.

I'm SO glad you can break your lease and go home!!
It's an awful thing being stuck somewhere that's feeding a terrible state of being (also incidently speaking from experience, though much different from yours). May even the knowledge of leaving on the near horizon give you some sense of peace. You are so strong, and I believe you are right in thinking the move will help you in overcoming this terrible chapter. .

As tor venting, BipolaRNurse said it well -- if not here, where? Vent away.

Im actually mad at myself a bit ... I "know" I cant just get it over it right away , but I should be able to set some of it aside... out of the past week I have gotten maybe a total of 15 hours of sleep..... Despite Ambein, I might as well take a Tic Tac ... Meh !

Thank you all for your continued support it means so much

I dont think the med change will really help...

I just want back on my Latuda and Doxipin as they were once a day and prior to being put in the situational hell it worked well for my Bipolar. I cant take Doxipin with Geodon as it has the whole long Qt issue.

Im annoyed having to take meds more than once a day... Geodon has me "having" to eat twice a day which I do not want to "have" to do ( history of anorexia, Dont need that to start again) ... I usually only eat once a day, dinner.

Honesty if I could bring her back from the dead I would kill her my damn self ! Hense my rage

Ugh

I have to eat with my meds too. But I just take my whole dose at night. I absolutely can not eat in the morning.
