I'm so so agitated and irritable. I feel like my body is buzzing is or something? And also I feel like I need to do fifteen hundred jumping jacks. And I can't sleep at all.
I've tried meditating and yoga and going for walks which seems to help in the moment but has no long lasting effect on me. What do you guys do when your irritable or agitated?

I feel the same way but it’s usually just on my period . Usually the best thing is turn some music on and write down how you feel

I have no good suggestions but I hope the agitated feeling doesn't last long. HAng in there.
