So many of you know that last year was a very terrible year for me. And things at this rate still aren't looking up. So my husband has suggested that we separate for a bit. He wants me to move back to TN alone without him. He would still support me and come visit on his off days and whenever he could. He just doesn't think that me staying here and continuing like this is very good for me anymore but he can't move because of his job. He has tried to find something else in TN but there isn't anything that pays the same for his experience level. I have very mixed emotions about it. I think it would be good for me and for us but I'm also terrified. I hate being alone. I know something has to change and this is currently the only option. I guess I just feel very anxious about doing this.

I understand your anxiety. Moving to TN may be a fresh start for you and may be just what the doctor ordered though. Are you going to have the kids with you?

Yes the kids would be with me. It's pretty much the default thing to do. Hopefully I'll be able to get my life back together this year. Im just so anxious about this. I'm gonna miss my T. She's really great. The Time I had before her was nothing compared to her and now I'll have to find someone else. So that's something I'm also scared of. I guess I just have a lot of emotion with this. But I can't stay here. Thanks so much for your reply and support.

Would you have health insurance? I really see the only way to crawl out of your depression is meds.

I'm dreading packing the kids and my stuff. I haven't made any appointments yet. We just made this decision a few days ago. Next step is to find a place and then I'll be able to get insurance set up once I have the new address. I don't want to go back to the same person I had there before so I need to do a little research about T's and Pdoc's there. What area in TN are you heading to? I'll be in the tri cities area. It's Northeast TN.
