It occurred to me that perhaps my psyd is recording sessions. He said he doesn't but I'm still worried he does and maybe he laughs with his friends later. He asked me if I'm paranoid but I'm really worried. I told him I'm not. Im just worried.

Totally illegal if he didn't disclose that fact. I think you shouldn't worry. I really don't believe he's doing that.

I also worry about stuff that will likely never happen. Make things up in my head. But I really think there is nothing to worry here

I think I’m being recorded all the time. No matter what anyone says. I’m paranoid like that.

I really don’t think you’re being recorded. I hope you can put this to rest in your mind.

I don't think your therapist would record anything. I can't think of any possible benefit he'd get by recording you.

Try not to worry about it.
