Sometimes I wonder if Im even sick

The last couple of months I have been pretty stable and trying to diagnose this head fog that won't go away has been my bigger concern. It didn't take long to start questioning the feelings I experienced before.

Yeah my therapist said really if anything I tend to under-exhaggerate rather than over- so yes, in her opinion my stuff is very legitimate.

But still. Its still hard to wrap my head around. Its all just I guess become so ‘normal’ to me that I dont recognize that it isnt other peoples normal.

I dont know. I still wonder sometimes though
