I can't sleep because I keep hearing voices. Though this time they were snoring DIRECTLY in my ear. They were LOUD. It woke me up. Then when I was awake, I still heard their snoring in the kitchen as I was preparing lunch for work. Also heard it in the car today.

They were also talking to me the other day while I was at work. They kept saying that I was a "damn weirdo" who "needs to get their sh_t together."

I'm slightly tired, but got 5 hrs of sleep. Normal is 9.5-10. I got a broken 6 the other day. I've been up since 4am and it's almost 8am now. I'm at work and having double vision from my rexulti, and I feel that some of my world is not real. Like, it's a mixture of real and fake.

The man's voice is a recurring thing. Him and a lady were harassing me before, like 2 years ago, so I remember him. He always harassed me. I just haven't heard the lady since then.

Yikes, that sounds awful. I'm sure the lack of sleep is contributing to them too. I wish I had some suggestions but I don't hear voices like that.

I hear voices at night and also see things. Visual and auditory hallucinations. I completely understand the frustration. Some nights the voices will be so annoying Im muttering “shut up just shut UP” to myself just- hoping maybe they WILL shut up.

What has helped me tbh is ear plugs and one of those sleep masks. Sort of... dimming my senses before I sleep.

Also. Meditation might be a good idea because I HAVE noticed mind are sometimes tied to stress.

I would suggest talking to your pdoc about this. Sounds like a med adjustmrnt might be in order. Do you take antipsychotics... because I know they help me with similar issues

Don't have a pdoc right now and my new pdoc I won't meet until mid April since I need a 1-hour intake appointment and that's the earliest he has available. It sucks.

My current antipsychotic is Rexulti, 2mg. I have room to increase the dose, but my insurance isn't going to cover the med at all. I'm left with a bunch of samples and no way to increase the dose.

Yeah, I don't know why the insurance companies are being b!tches about everything.

I heard this morning, "I saw you at the marathon..." likely about the Boston Marathon... and I heard the weather station talking to me. They kept saying my name. But the weather station was a voice. I don't have cable TV, and I don't have my tv hooked up to anything besides the power socket.The weather lady had put a picture of her in my head pointing to a map of the world. This is the second vision I've gotten.

I can try contacting the office, but I doubt they'll do anything. They seem useless.

I called my therapist this morning to see what I can do to cope with the voices and visions, but I don't know if she's working because of all the snow we're getting. Her appointments might have been cancelled, so she might not have a reason to come in. She also has shortened hours on Thursdays in general, soooo... Idk if she'll respond today or not.
